
Villagers gather at the riverside to inspect a capsized ferry in village Bhola, some 255 km from Dhaka, Bangladesh, on November 28, 2009. Rescue workers searched for more bodies on Sunday after righting the overloaded ferry that capsized in an accident that claimed at least 51 lives.
Apparently looks like a case of too much of innovation [or the lack of it?]
ReplyDeleteThe owner probably wanted a few more passengers to hop in and made the top floor - or too many passengers wanted the view from top floor.
But rest assured, given the strength of institutions in South Asia, this ferry will be right back, sailing in the same waters very soon.
lets hope we do not have a fresh picture of the same ferry capsized again on next Eid. :-]
